Hitachi Zaxis Front Lower Glass – Replaces OEM #4664383

This is an aftermarket replacement for the lower front windshield on Hitachi Zaxis US reduced-tail-swing excavators, replacing Hitachi OEM part #4664383. It is the removable pane below the opening upper windshield.

It is green-tinted tempered safety glass, DOT certified, measuring about 34.06" wide × 17.52" high (approximately 865 × 445 mm).

What should I do before pulling the lower front window on a ZX135US?

The Hitachi ZX135US-5B operator's manual says to lower the front attachment to the ground and move the pilot control shut-off lever to LOCK first, and warns to keep fingers clear when lifting the pane out and storing it.
