Takeuchi TB125-TB175 Door Glass – Replaces OEM #0568639430
This is an aftermarket replacement for Takeuchi OEM #0568639430 (also written 05686-39430), the full cab door glass on Takeuchi TB125, TB135, TB145 and TB175 mini excavators. It is the single tall pane in the left (operator's side) cab door.
It is 5mm green-tinted tempered safety glass with 2 mounting holes. The pane is tapered: 475mm wide at the narrow end and 620mm at the wide end, 1385mm high (18.70–24.41" × 54.53").

Tempered Glass vs. Polycarbonate
This is tempered glass, the same material type Takeuchi used for this pane at the factory, not a polycarbonate substitute. Glass holds its clarity and resists the scratching that wipers, dust and cleaning cause on plastic panels. If tempered glass does break, it crumbles into small, blunt pieces rather than long sharp shards. Installation Information
This listing is for the glass pane only. The seal, frame and mounting hardware are not included, so reuse or source those separately. On a related Takeuchi cab (TB260), an owner reports the door glass is urethane-bonded to the frame plus two bolts, so plan on a glass shop or proper urethane if your door is built the same way.

How does the door hold open on a TB125, TB135 or TB145?
The operator's manual says to open the door fully until it latches against the cab and check that it won't move before you climb in or out. To close it, push the release lever, and use the starter key to lock and unlock the door.
Should I run my TB175 with the cab door open?
The TB125/TB135/TB145 operator's manual says to keep the door closed when traveling on slopes, because the force needed to open or close it changes abruptly, and to lock the door while operating.
