Takeuchi TB228-TB250 Door Glass – Replaces OEM #0378610403
This is an aftermarket replacement for Takeuchi OEM #0378610403 (also written 03786-10403), the 2-hole version of the cab door glass on Takeuchi TB228, TB235 and TB250 excavators. TVH lists it as the left cab door pane.
It is 5mm green-tinted tempered safety glass with measurements of 650mm wide × 1455mm high (25.59" × 57.28") with 2 mounting holes.

Tempered Glass vs. Polycarbonate
This is tempered glass, the same material type Takeuchi used for this pane at the factory, not a polycarbonate substitute. Glass holds its clarity and resists the scratching that wipers, dust and cleaning cause on plastic panels. If tempered glass does break, it crumbles into small, blunt pieces rather than long sharp shards. Is Takeuchi door glass glued into the door frame?
On a Takeuchi TB260 door, an owner on HeavyEquipmentForums reports the tempered glass is urethane-bonded to the frame with two bolts at the handle side and a rubber edge gasket, and that prying it out tends to break it. A glass shop cut the urethane with a cold blade.
